It evolved into a complete business software package for a specialised and highly regulated industry. We then knew with confidence that we could bring this expertise to meet the demanding needs of the hair and beauty industry so we went to work moulding Jelly.

We've dispensed with long term contracts, hidden extras and upfront fees in favour of simple pricing and a rolling monthly standing order commitment. This gives our customers both affordability and flexibility
in today's commercial market.
We constantly keep our operating costs low so that we can pass the savings on to our customers. Hence, we offer free ongoing support by email and within UK standard working hours. In addition to the initial training and subsequent support, we provide on-line screen tutorials so you can sit back and watch how to get the most from Jelly whenever it suits you.
We are more than happy to help you with the installation and provide an initial half day free training session either on site or remotely depending on your location. We find that most people usually have follow up questions. That is why we also give you five free 1/2 hour follow up sessions. Subsequently, we will charge for additional training either on site or remotely with a conference call and taking remote control of your desktop.
This way you can decide how much training you need and only pay for it as you need it.
