Support
Jelly is so intuitive that minimum training will be needed but for peace of mind our Jelly Rep’s are on hand for the first 3 months to assist you.
Your desktop will automatically download the admin and user guides along with a series of short screen tutorials that will walk you through Jelly’s features.
Free email support is always available but after your first 3 months, further on-site training is available for a small hourly fee.

Relax, we use the latest Microsoft encryption technology to make sure your data is secure and with our 30 minute on line back up whatever happens to your system, you know your data is safe in case you lose your machine
Remote
The optional free @Home application gives you the flexibility to access your business from home allowing you to make or change bookings and view or alter customer details. Alternatively, access it on the go on your mobile phone or using the web from anywhere in the world with internet access. Off sick or on holiday you can still be in control of your business.

Customers
The customer screen displays an overview of the selected customers appointments, contact details, notes and payment summary.
Disclaimer forms and documents can also be printed off from here, signed by the customer and scanned back in for quick reference..

The Block Booking facility allows you to book recurring appointments on one screen without the need to enter each one separately and the printable day sheet can detail everything from where your client went on holiday to whether they prefer tea or coffee.

Resolving staff commission payments and cashing up all take time but Jelly does this for you at the click of a mouse leaving you or your staff with more time to do what you’re good
at.
Finances
The Check Out screen is linked into Promotions taking the headache out of tracking which customer is on which promotion.
It will manage prepay and family prepay accounts as well as write offs and vouchers and will link all of this information into your financial reports so you can see how much has been earned that day or how much commission staff have earned.
