Telephone support is simply added to your standing order payment and is subject to fair. So we know you really want us, all on-site or remote training needs to be purchased in advance here and then just drop us a line to arrange a time and date.
Euro payments can be made on a monthly basis using the button below but subscriptions in UK pounds must be via a standing order only please. The standing order mandate can be found in Jelly under Documents.
Don't forget the small print
For free half day training sessions, travel expenses may be charged depending on location but we’ll always check with you first. All training can be taken remotely if preferred. Email and telephone support is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. This does not apply to severity one issues.
